WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? |

to getting your package to you when you expect it. DrinkingStuff.com
ships from our state of the art distribution center located in
Hartford, CT. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders with expedited shipping (Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air)
placed before 11:00 AM EST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM eastern will ship the next business
day. All other orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of the
order, excluding weekends and holidays. Often these orders ship
the same business day. If you must receive a package by a given
day, you may also call our customer service center for help in
choosing a shipping method (1-800-901-1163). |

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES? |

Shipping rates are based on the weight, dimensions, delivery location, and service of your order. You will have the opportunity to review your shipping charges during the check out process, before submitting your order. Shipping charges start as low as $5.35.
Your order will ship safe and securely with UPS Ground, UPS Express or The US Postal Service. Please keep in mind when calculating your delivery needs, that orders placed after 2:00 pm EST ship the next business day.
US Postal Service First
Class
Transit Time : 3 to 7 Business Days
This option is only available to customers within the United
States, and where the order subtotal is less then $ 19.00.
First Class shipping is available for $ 4.99.
US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail
Normal delivery time is 2 to 5 business days plus Saturday. USPS Priority Mail service is limited to orders with a delivery address within the United States.
UPS Ground
Normal Delivery is from 1 to 5 business days. Customers in the Northeast will receive your orders in 1 to 2 business days, where West Coast customers will receive their orders in 4 to 5 business days. UPS ground service also delivers to residential addresses on Saturday. UPS Ground service is not available to customers in Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
2nd Day Air
Delivery in 2 business days for orders placed before 11:00
AM EST. UPS 2nd Day service does not include Saturday, Sundays
or holidays. Cost of this service is determined at checkout
based on order weight, value, and delivery zip code.
Standard Overnight
Delivery in 1 business days for orders placed before 11:00 AM EST.
UPS Standard Overnight service does not include Saturday,
Sundays or holidays. Business delivery is completed by 4:30
pm, and residential delivery is up to 7:00 pm. Cost of this
service is determined at checkout based on order weight,
value, and delivery zip code.
Airmail Parcel Post
Countries in BLUE below will have an option at the check out
for shipping via Airmail Parcel post in addition to the UPS service. Airmail
Parcel Post is sometimes lower in cost, but delivery times vary from 7
to 21 business days.

WHAT IS THE "DECLINED BY FRAUD SERVICE" MESSAGE? |

credit card usage. The Address Verification Service (AVS) we
use requires that the billing address match the address that
is used for your credit card statement. Customers may see a temporary "authorization" on
your online bank statement after receiving this error, however
your order has not been processed. The statement on your credit
card is for authorization purposes only, and is required by the
credit card company to allow us to verify the billing address
prior to accepting your order.
