When Will My Order Ship?

We are dedicated to getting your package to you when you expect it. PrankPlace ships from our state of the art distribution center located in Vancouver, WA. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with expedited shipping (Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air) placed before 3:00 am PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 am PST will ship the following day. All other orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Often these orders ship the same business day.


Standard Shipping Rates & How They Are Calculated

  • - $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping on ALL Orders Standard Delivery. 
  • - Not subject to special offers.
  • - Charges are calculated before taxes.
  • - All orders are subject to verification.

Standard Delivery

  • - Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

2nd Day & Overnight Delivery

  • - In Stock orders placed before 11am PST will be delivered one to two Business days later (depending on the shipping method selected).
  • - All freight charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on the weight of the package and the location it is being shipped to.

International Shipping

  • - All International Orders will be shipped out USPS Express International. The shipping cost is calculated based upon your location and weight of the items you are ordering.

What Happens When I Refuse An Order?

In the event the delivery is refused by your household or business, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, PrankPlace.com is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 20% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or paypal account.

What Is The "Declined By Fraud Service" Message?

We use an advanced fraud screening service on all orders placed via credit card to protect against any unauthorized credit card usage. The Address Verification Service (AVS) we use requires that the billing address match the address that is used for your credit card statement. Customers may see a temporary "authorization" on your online bank statement after receiving this error, however your order has not been processed. The statement on your credit card is for authorization purposes only, and is required by the credit card company to allow us to verify the billing address prior to accepting your order.

If The Post Office Returns My Package To You,
Will I Be Charged Additional Shipping To Have It Reshipped?

In the event your package is returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed, attempted not known, etc. by the post office, you will be responsible for us to reship your package. If you wish to cancel your order due to this occurrence, you will only be refunded for the cost of the purchase price as we do not reimburse shipping charges. Unfortunately, we incur the shipping costs for outgoing packages and if they are returned to us in this manner, we incur additional charges for the return of your package to us.

How Can I Change My Order After It Is Submitted?

If you have sent your order, send a detailed email from our Contact Us help page and we will try our best to work with you in the changes needed to be made. You must provide your order number and/or name used for billing. *Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.

Can I Track/Trace Usps First Class Mail?

According to the post office: Letters or packages sent via regular (First-Class Mail™) mail cannot be tracked or traced based on name and address. Due to the large volume of mail moving through the Postal system each day, it is impossible to trace a single piece of regular, or First-Class, mail.
